Omaha masters practice this am.
Warm up - 700
4x75 #2 and 4 are B-F-B
4x50 25K, 25 swim, desc 1-4
200 scull-swim

Main set - 1650
3x (2x150 F on 1:50
3x50 desc 1-3 on :55, B-Br-F by sets
4x25 fast on :45, 1st one fly)
8x25 odds scull feet first, evens fast pull with pull buoy at ankles

Warm down - 200
